Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the US, Canada, and if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to clear things up.
How long will it take to arrive?
US: 2-5 days
Canada: 3-5 days
Note: It may take up to four business days to ship during the holidays.
How much is the shipping fee?
USPS Standard shipping for orders of $50 or more is free of charge. If faster shipping is needed, choose a faster option via UPS and the cost will be based on size and weight.
How do I track my order?
Log into your ToGoSpa account to see all of your order's tracking information.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of an online order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- We accept returns even if you are unhappy and have used the product. It's our 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by ToGoSpa
- Returns are refunded back to your card or payment platform used.
